SimCorp Compliance Lead – Front Office & Pre-Trade Compliance

Skillfinder International is seeking an experienced SimCorp Compliance Lead to join a major, long-term investment management transformation programme.
This is a senior lead role with responsibility for the SimCorp Compliance Manager workstream, with a particular focus on Pre-Trade Compliance, Front Office/OMS integration and API-driven architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the SimCorp Compliance Manager workstream and drive end-to-end solution design
- Lead the integration between Front Office/OMS and Pre-Trade Compliance
- Drive API-based integration across Rule Assignment, Pre-Trade, Post-Trade and Lists APIs
- Define Compliance Manager operating models and workflows
- Manage compliance data dependencies within the SimCorp Dimension data model
- Lead discussions across Compliance, Front Office, Data Management, Integration and Architecture teams
- Support post-trade compliance, alert management, governance and batch-processing requirements
- Drive delivery across a large-scale, multi-wave compliance implementation
Required Experience
- Extensive SimCorp Dimension Compliance Manager experience
- Strong Pre-Trade Compliance and Front Office/Order Management knowledge
- Deep understanding of the SimCorp Dimension data model
- Experience with API-driven SimCorp integrations
- Strong knowledge of compliance workflows, rule management and alert management
- Experience delivering complex, large-scale compliance transformation programmes
- Strong solution architecture, stakeholder management and client-facing skills
Desirable Experience
- Knowledge of Legal Rule Sets (LRS)
- Understanding of valuation methodologies, pricing and compliance measures
- Experience with large portfolio populations and extensive compliance rule inventories
