Skillfinder International is hiring an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to support the continued growth of our permanent recruitment offering. Based from our Central London office, this role offers the opportunity to work across UK, European, and global markets, partnering with clients in regulated financial services and fintech.
This is a role for a true 360 recruiter who enjoys building client relationships, delivering high-quality permanent hires, and working in a professional, market-led recruitment environment.

What You’ll Be Doing- Developing new business and managing existing client relationships
- Running the full 360 permanent recruitment process
- Delivering permanent roles across contingent, exclusive, and retained assignments
- Meeting clients, attending briefings, and managing recruitment processes end to end
- Using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and referrals to source candidates
- Applying AI and recruitment automation tools to improve efficiency and delivery
- Maintaining accurate CRM usage throughout the recruitment process
- Supporting and mentoring junior consultants where appropriate
- Proven experience as a 360 recruitment consultant, ideally within permanent recruitment
- A track record of consistent billing
- Experience managing client relationships and delivering quality recruitment outcomes
- Confident use of LinkedIn as a sourcing and business development tool
- Commercial, professional, and well-organised
- Must have the right to work in the UK – sponsorship is not available for this role
- Central London office with hybrid working
