About the Opportunity SkilledUp Life is looking for dynamic and confident Virtual Event Hosts to moderate, present, and facilitate webinars, live Q&As, and community sessions. You’ll help create a professional, inclusive, and lively atmosphere for online events focused on career development, volunteering, or startup insights.
If you’re comfortable in front of a virtual audience, enjoy interaction, and have strong communication skills, this role is your stage to shine!
Activities
- Host and moderate virtual events using Zoom or similar tools.
- Introduce speakers and facilitate Q&A sessions.
- Ensure smooth transitions, timing, and tech coordination.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote events in advance.
- Collect post-event feedback and summarize attendee responses.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication and public speaking skills.
- Friendly, professional, and composed under pressure.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable managing virtual tools.
- Self-starter with a passion for engaging audiences.
Duration
- 3 hrs. per day Monday to Friday
- 60 Volunteer Days over 3+ months
