The Opportunity

Are you enthusiastic about people, opportunities, and tech startups? SkilledUp Life is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager (Global) to lead and coordinate volunteer acquisition efforts across all regions—including Africa, Europe, the Americas, and Asia. In this role, you will design and implement sourcing strategies, mentor acquisition volunteers, and help expand our growing community of skilled individuals supporting global startups.

You will play a key role in shaping how we attract, onboard, and retain volunteers worldwide, ensuring a consistent, engaging, and impactful experience. This role is open to volunteers from Africa, Europe, the Americas, and Asia (covering EMEA, APAC, and Americas regions).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor Volunteer Talent Acquisition Managers and sourcing volunteers.
  • Design, manage, and improve global volunteer acquisition and onboarding processes.
  • Identify new sourcing channels, partnerships, and regional outreach opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and optimize candidate experience.
  • Track and report on acquisition metrics, performance, and conversion rates.
  • Support the development of global community initiatives and outreach campaigns.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience or interest in recruitment, HR, or community growth.
  • Ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with online outreach, job boards, and volunteer engagement.
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely.
  • Prior experience mentoring or managing volunteers is a plus.

Duration

3 hours per day, Monday to Friday.

60 Volunteer Days over 3+ months.

Part‑time | Fully Remote.
