About the Opportunity: We are looking for a UI/UX designer to take ownership of our product design and improve it significantly. The role involves working with our CEO and Head of Product to lead the end-to-end design process, translate user needs into intuitive interfaces, and define and maintain design systems.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from research to delivery.
- Translate user needs into intuitive, accessible interfaces.
- Define and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices.
- Mentor and guide designers, providing feedback and fostering growth.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and CEO to align on vision and requirements.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Education in Product Design.
- Experience in Product Design.
- Eye for details.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent record-keeping skills.
- Self-learner and ability to execute tasks without supervision.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism.
