This is not a traditional corporate L&D role. We don’t need decades of experience. We’re looking for someone who can:
- Bring simplicity and structure into chaos
- Translate complex information into clear training materials
- Build documentation, onboarding guides, and learning processes from scratch
- Collaborate with teams to extract technical knowledge
- Create buy‑in through clarity, enthusiasm, and communication
- Take ownership without waiting for step‑by‑step instructions

You will help shape the foundations of our new L&D function. Tasks may include:
- Creating simple, clear training materials for various teams
- Turning "messy" information into organised documentation
- Mapping out processes and building easy‑to‑follow guides
- Collaborating with team leaders to understand their workflows
- Structuring onboarding journeys for new volunteers
- Helping us understand which training areas matter most
- Building processes that can scale across a global volunteer organisation
