Commitment: 3 hours per day, Monday to Friday (60 Volunteer Days)
Duration: 13 weeks (with potential extension)

Purpose of the Role As Deputy Head of Europe (Growth), you will work alongside the CEO and Team Leaders to drive growth across four key areas:
- Customer Growth β Engaging early-stage tech startups to join SkilledUp Life.
- Revenue Growth β Supporting the conversion of startups into paying customers.
- Volunteer Growth β Attracting and onboarding new volunteers across Europe.
- Team Growth β Recruiting and building the European growth team to strengthen operations.
You will play a crucial role in scaling SkilledUp Lifeβs impact across the European tech ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Startup Acquisition: Identify and engage early-stage tech startups in Europe, introducing SkilledUp Life as a growth partner.
- Work with European accelerators and incubators to access startup deal flow.
- Revenue Contribution: Support the sales process, from lead generation to nurturing and conversion into paying clients.
- Volunteer Recruitment: Promote SkilledUp Lifeβs volunteer opportunities across European networks, universities, and communities.
- Build partnerships with educational institutions to expand the volunteer base.
- Team Recruitment & Development: Recruit, onboard, and manage volunteers to build a strong European growth team.
- Growth Reporting: Track and report on customer, revenue, volunteer, and team growth metrics weekly.
