We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Content Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and structuring knowledge‑base articles, user guides, and how‑to blog posts. Your content and expertise will help new users quickly become familiar with Wavebox features, introduce new features to existing users, and expedite the onboarding process for individuals and teams.
Opportunity Responsibilities:
- Review and edit existing knowledge base articles and blog posts to improve clarity, coherence, and consistency of language and formatting.
- Generate new user‑friendly knowledge base articles from recently published blog posts on new features.
- If needed, generate user‑friendly blog posts and knowledge base articles for new features and platform releases.
- Incorporate visual aids such as screenshots, mock‑ups, and short screen recordings.
- Opportunity to work with the Marketing Manager in creating content for slides, PDF documents, email newsletters and social media posts.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Writing and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to translate technical information into clear, accessible language.
- Proficiency in article editing & formatting using an online publishing platform.
- The ability to explain unfamiliar concepts in a user‑friendly manner.
- Previous experience in software user‑guide writing is a plus but not essential.
- The ability to generate visual aids such as screenshots & diagrams would also be a bonus but not essential.
Duration:
- Ability to commit 2-3 hours per day.
- 3 months (60 working days)
- Remote
