About the Opportunity
Are you passionate about sales and building customer relationships? Join our dynamic Sales Team as a Sales & Customer Acquisition Volunteer! In this role, you’ll help generate leads, run demos, and convert potential customers into subscribers—all while working closely with our team to continuously improve our sales process.
Activities
- Understand and follow our sales process from lead generation to customer conversion.
- Generate and capture new leads, then qualify and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Run product demos and convince potential leads to subscribe.
- Assist during the subscription process with support from our team and handle post-subscription handovers.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to contribute to our overall sales strategy and refine processes.
- Work with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- A strong interest or background in sales and customer acquisition.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently run product demos.
- A proactive, self-driven attitude and results-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable using digital tools such as HubSpot, Google Drive, Slack, Zoom/Google Meet, CanuMeet, Loom, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to work well both independently and within a team.
- Willingness to participate in public events (like LinkedIn Live or Twitter Spaces) to build your profile and network.
