Sales & Client acquisition (Volunteer) at Coach Tribe About Coach Tribe Coach Tribe is an innovative online coaching platform dedicated to empowering individuals through personal and business growth. We are currently seeking a Sales & Client Acquisition Volunteer to help expand our reach, attract new clients, and build relationships with coaches and businesses interested in our services. Opportunity Overview As a Sales & Client Acquisition Volunteer, you will play a vital role in identifying potential clients, building relationships, and driving engagement with our coaching marketplace. Your work will directly contribute to growing our community of coaches and clients, making high-quality coaching accessible to more people. Responsibilities Identify and research potential clients, partners, and coaches to onboard onto our platform. Develop and execute outreach strategies via email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels. Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present Coach Tribe’s value proposition. Schedule and conduct discovery calls, demos, and follow-ups. Maintain and update the CRM system with client interactions and pipeline progress. Assist in developing sales materials, pitch decks, and outreach templates. Collaborate with the team to align messaging and lead generation efforts. Provide feedback and insights on market trends, customer pain points, and competitive positioning. Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for sales and networking. Ability to conduct client outreach professionally via email, LinkedIn, and other channels. Basic understanding of sales pipelines and client acquisition strategies. Experience in sales, business development, or customer engagement is a plus. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) is a bonus. Passion for entrepreneurship, self-development, and coaching.
