One Sky Collective is looking for a QA Tester to ensure the reliability, performance, and user experience of our sustainability app and platform. You will play a key role in identifying and resolving issues, collaborating with developers, and enhancing our testing frameworks. Your work will directly impact the quality of the platform, ensuring seamless experiences for travellers and travel agents alike. Key Responsibilities – Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts. – Perform functional, regression, performance, and usability testing for web and mobile applications. – Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools. – Work closely with developers to reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve issues. – Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and best practices. – Utilise automated testing frameworks to enhance efficiency and test coverage. – Provide detailed test reports and insights to the product and engineering teams. – Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and automation strategies. Requirements – 2+ years of experience in software testing, ideally within testing apps and websites. – Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. – Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright (a plus). – Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a CI/CD pipeline environment. – Ability to write and execute test cases for both manual and automated testing. – Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities. – Experience working with bug tracking tools like Taiga. – Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team.
