We are seeking Marketing Sub-Team Leader volunteers who are eager to take on a leadership role in executing marketing strategies, managing a small team, and contributing to the growth of SkilledUp Life. Activities
- Support the Head of Marketing in implementing the overall marketing strategy.
- Lead and manage a small sub-team (e.g., social media, content, or email marketing).
- Assign and track tasks for your team, ensuring deadlines and campaign goals are met.
- Collaborate with fellow sub-team leaders and departments to align efforts and share insights.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to your team members to help them grow.
- Assist in analyzing data and reporting performance metrics from ongoing campaigns.
- Contribute creative ideas to boost engagement and improve brand visibility.
- Ensure your sub-team’s output aligns with SkilledUp Life’s branding and messaging.
Requirements
- Experience in marketing, social media, content creation, or a related area.
- Ability to lead small teams, manage projects, and delegate effectively.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as Trello, Google Workspace, and Canva is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and collaborate in a remote setting.

- Bonus: Prior experience in a team lead or project coordination role.
