About the Opportunity
This is not a traditional corporate L&D role. We don’t need decades of experience. We don’t need someone who has worked in a formal training department.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating simple, clear training materials for various teams
- Turning “messy” information into organised documentation
- Mapping out processes and building easy‑to‑follow guides
- Collaborating with team leaders to understand their workflows
- Structuring onboarding journeys for new volunteers
- Helping us understand which training areas matter most
- Building processes that can scale across a global volunteer organisation
