About the Opportunity
Are you passionate about helping startups grow and making real connections with people? Skilledup life is seeking a results-driven and strategic Deputy Head of Sales Volunteer to support the Head of Sales in driving revenue growth, optimizing sales processes, and managing the performance of the sales team across Europe. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and motivator with a passion for building relationships and achieving ambitious goals.
In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of the European market and digital channels to attract users, generate leads, and support customer acquisition and Sales team efforts for early-stage startups. You’ll help tell the story of our startup partners, highlight their value, and support them in reaching new audiences.
This is a unique opportunity to gain experience in team management skills, leadership opportunity, sales, lead generation, and account management while contributing to the growth of exciting, early-stage tech ventures.
Activities
- Identify and engage potential customers and users within Europe.
- Lead, train and motivate a team of sales managers to ensure consistence performance and growth.
- Manage sales operations including pipeline tracking, forecasting and performance analysis.
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed company revenue target.
- Leverage social media, email campaigns, community platforms, and direct outreach to support acquisition.
- Collaborate with startup founders to craft value-driven messaging for their products.
- Execute digital outreach campaigns and track leads and conversions.
- Support Europe-based startup partners with their go-to-market efforts.
- Provide weekly reports on campaign performance and user engagement.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, fluent in English and preferably other European languages.
- Interest in startup growth, sales, and user acquisition.
- Familiarity with the European market and customer behavior.
- Ability to work remotely and independently.
- Experience in marketing, business development, or community outreach is a plus.
