Our Melbourne-based client is seeking experienced Registered Psychiatric Nurses (RPN3) with community care capability to support a new Hospital in the Home service model scheduled to open in early 2026. A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role. Please ensure you check the overview below carefully.

Essential Criteria:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Postgraduate qualifications in Mental Health Nursing (or equivalent)
- Minimum of three years' full-time or equivalent experience (domestic candidates) or four years' full-time or equivalent experience (international candidates) in mental health settings (acute, community, or crisis intervention)
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022 and contemporary service frameworks
- Strong assessment, risk management, and therapeutic engagement skills.
