The Position Consultant in Accident & Emergency required for our NHS client in Northern England. Job plan based on 10PA with the Consultant expected to take part in out of hours on-call commitments. The successful candidate will play a role in the modernisation of the emergency care pathway, have the ability to lead while on duty and have excellent clinical skills, with a solid A&E background. Health Service Based in Northern England the ED department sees in excess of 44,000 attendances per year, with a mix of patients. The unit has a major and minors unit and sees a number of children. The hospital sees a number of patients brought in from the coastguard and air ambulance.
Essential Criteria- Must have previous ED experience in the UK/Ireland at Consultant level
- Must have CCT or evidence of equivalent competency
- Must have full registration with GMC and be on the Specialist register
- Base salary of £109,725.00 to £145,478.00 per annum
- Relocation assistance of up to £8000
- Value of 10% increase in starting salary, maintained every year for a maximum of 4 years
- Visa sponsorship
