We are recruiting Registrars & Senior Registrars in Emergency Medicine for a health service in Perth, Western Australia. The post starts in February 2026 with contracts available for 12, 24 months, or longer. The emergency department sees over 77,000 presentations a year where you can experience a variety of cases while working in a FACEM-lead team under the direction of ED Consultants. You will have access to a number of educational programs and be supported throughout your employment & career development. The department is accredited for Training Stage 4 of the ACEM training program. You will also have access to non-ED rotations, teaching, non-clinical departmental activities and an excellent mentorship program.
Essential Criteria
- All candidates must be eligible for registration with AHPRA via the Competent Authority Pathway. Doctors who do not meet this requirement cannot be considered.
- You must have at least 3 years (Registrar) or 5 years (Senior Registrar) of post graduate experience as a doctor in the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada or New Zealand, and demonstrated knowledge in clinical and procedural experience in an equivalent ED setting.
The Package includes, but is not limited to:
- Base salary is $120,492 to $185,418 p/a plus 11.5% superannuation
- Professional development allowance $10,969 to $15,671 p/a
