The Position Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Full Time Nurse Practitioner specialising in Wound Care within the Primary Care Team based in North West Tasmania, this position offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in patients\’ lives while advancing your expertise in specialised wound management. We are seeking a compassionate healthcare professional who thrives in collaborative environments and is committed to delivering evidence-based wound care solutions. You\’ll work alongside experienced clinicians in modern facilities, supporting patients across diverse communities throughout the North West region.
