Job Description
- Leading the commercial management of infrastructure and property services projects across Wrotham, Kent and the wider South East region.
- Managing subcontractor accounts including procurement, payments, variations, final accounts and contract administration under NEC3 / NEC4 contracts.
- Producing monthly CVRs, cost reporting, earned value analysis and commercial forecasts to support project performance and profitability.
- Supporting project delivery teams across Kent with budget management, change control, risk mitigation and commercial governance.
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and operational teams while ensuring commercial compliance across all project stages.
Skills & Qualifications
- Quantity Surveying experience within construction, infrastructure, utilities or property services environments.
- Degree Qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related commercial discipline.
- NEC3 / NEC4 contract knowledge with strong understanding of commercial administration and contractual processes.
- Commercial Management experience including CVRs, forecasting, subcontract management and cost reporting.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work effectively across Wrotham and Kent-based project teams and client environments.
