Job Description

  • Producing applications, accounts and invoices accurately and within agreed timescales across planned maintenance projects in Wolverhampton.
  • Monitoring commercial performance and exercising effective cost control to ensure the Site Surveyor function operates efficiently and profitably.
  • Managing commercial WIP and debt levels in line with company and client targets within the social housing sector.
  • Liaising with client representatives across Wolverhampton and the wider Midlands region to ensure contractual compliance and service delivery standards are achieved.
  • Supporting monthly management reporting, valuations and invoice production within 9 calendar days of works completion for planned maintenance contracts.

Skills / Qualifications

  • Experience as a Site Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Surveyor within the social housing or planned maintenance sector.
  • Financial and commercial awareness with strong cost control and reporting experience in Wolverhampton or surrounding areas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Knowledge of maintenance and property management legislation relevant to planned works and housing contracts.
  • Full UK driving licence essential due to travel between office locations and client sites across the Midlands.
