Responsibilities
- Supervising mechanical installation works to ensure quality, safety and programme requirements are met
- Coordinating subcontractors and managing interfaces with other trades
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical submissions
- Managing inspections, testing and commissioning activities
- Supporting progress reporting, short-term planning and problem solving on site
- Ensuring works comply with relevant standards, regulations and project requirements
About You
- Proven experience supervising or engineering mechanical services on large commercial projects
- Strong understanding of HVAC and building services systems
- Comfortable working on complex refurbishment schemes in live or constrained environments
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with site teams
