Wet Multi-Traders needed in South London.

Details on the role:

  • Contract: Temp to Perm
  • Rate: £20 – £22 per hour
  • Location: South London
  • Working Hours per Week: 42.5 hours
  • Start Date: ASAP

My client is currently looking for Wet Multi-Traders to work in social housing properties. We are looking to recruit a number of Wet Multi-Traders on their behalf to interview and start immediately.

Day to day work will consist of going into occupied social housing properties and will be general wet multi-trade reactive maintenance and repairs being sent by a PDA. Being able to work alone or as a part of a team is essential as well. You will be supplied with a company van to get to and from properties as well as a fuel card.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Full UK Driver’s License
  • Social Housing Experience
  • NVQ Level 2 in Painting and Decorating or Plastering
