Senior Technical Manager Coventry £90k - £110k + Package We are currently recruiting for a Senior Technical Manager to manage a team across multiple projects, this is a technical lead role that is solely responsible for the technical function.
The Company Our client is a leading Main Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential‑led developments across the Midlands and wider UK.
Their portfolio includes large‑scale mixed‑use schemes, high‑rise residential developments, regeneration projects, Build‑to‑Rent, PBSA and affordable housing developments.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Manager to lead and manage the regional technical team from their Coventry office.
The Role As Senior Technical Manager, you will be responsible for leading the technical function across multiple residential projects throughout the region.
You will manage and mentor Technical Managers and Coordinators, oversee consultant teams, and ensure all projects are delivered in line with programme, budget, quality standards and statutory requirements.
This is a leadership role requiring a balance of technical expertise, people management and strategic oversight.
