✨Show Your Reliability

Since reliability is key for this role, come prepared with references or examples that highlight your punctuality and commitment. You might want to mention times when you went above and beyond to ensure a clean and safe environment.

✨Dress the Part

Make sure to wear appropriate attire for the interview, ideally something that reflects the job's requirements. If you have your own PPE, consider bringing it along to demonstrate your readiness for the role and your understanding of health and safety protocols.

✨Ask Smart Questions

Prepare a few questions to ask the interviewer about the site and team dynamics. This shows your interest in the position and helps you gauge if it's the right fit for you. For example, you could ask about the types of tasks you'll be assisting with or how the team ensures safety on site.
