An established Main Contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Document Controller or Information Manager to join their team in Warrington.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented Document Controller with a strong background in document control, information management, and digital construction processes.

You'll play a key role in maintaining project information, ensuring compliance with company procedures, and supporting project teams across multiple construction projects.

The Role

Manage project documentation from inception through to handover.

Administer and maintain Aconex and Share Point systems.

Ensure all project information is accurately controlled, distributed, and archived.

Coordinate document workflows between internal teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients.

Support project teams with information management processes and reporting.

Maintain document registers, transmittals, and approval workflows.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Document Controller or Information Manager within the construction industry.

Strong working knowledge of Aconex and Share Point.

Experience working for a Main Contractor, Developer, or Construction Consultancy.

Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
