Job Description
Installing a wide range of floor coverings including vinyl, safety flooring, laminate and cap & cove within occupied Social Housing properties across East London.
Completing responsive repairs and planned maintenance works to a high standard while delivering excellent customer service.
Carrying out floor preparation including latex screeding, uplifting existing flooring and ensuring surfaces are ready for installation.
Managing materials, maintaining the company van and completing work within agreed deadlines across East London.
Working closely with tenants and supervisors to ensure all Floor Layer works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with company standards.
Skills / Qualifications
Experienced Floor Layer with a proven background working within Social Housing or domestic maintenance.
Competent in fitting vinyl, safety flooring, laminate, cap & cove and carrying out floor preparation.
Full UK Driving Licence essential for travelling across East London.
Able to work independently while maintaining excellent customer service and workmanship.
CSCS Card and relevant flooring qualifications are desirable but not essential.
