We are seeking a driven and experienced Voids Supervisor to join our team in Finsbury Park, London. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of void property management, ensuring properties are quickly made ready for new tenants. What you'll be doing: Leading from the front: Supervise and motivate a team of operatives to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to void turnarounds. Driving efficiency: Develop and implement efficient processes to minimise void periods and maximise property utilisation. Maintaining high standards: Ensure all works are carried out to the highest quality and safety standards, adhering to all relevant regulations and legislation.
