My client is urgently seeking an experienced M&E Design Manager to lead the design coordination on a highly secure, 2-year Defence project in Cornwall. With an M&E value of £130 Million, this is a major scheme requiring strict adherence to defence standards and seamless integration of complex mechanical and electrical systems.
Key Requirements
- Proven track record as an M&E Design Manager on large-scale, complex builds.
- Previous experience on UK Defence or highly regulated projects is strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary design teams and coordinate closely with site delivery teams.
- Eligible for the necessary security clearances required for UK Defence sites - Must have a British passport.
