We are currently looking for an experienced Traffic Marshal to join a busy construction site in Woodchurch. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Traffic Marshal/Banksman ticket and be confident directing vehicles and managing site access safely and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in site safety, communicates well, and has a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directing vehicles and plant machinery on and around site
  • Managing traffic flow and site deliveries
  • Ensuring safety of pedestrians and site operatives
  • Signing in/out site personnel and vehicles
  • Supporting site management with access control and general duties

Requirements:

  • Valid Traffic Marshal/Banksman ticket
  • Valid CSCS card
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong awareness of health and safety
  • Good communication skills and reliability
  • Own PPE (hard hat, high vis, safety boots)
