Building Services Manager / Technical Services Manager (M&E)

London | Healthcare & Commercial Projects

Salary: up to £100,000 + package

My client is a well-established main contractor delivering complex healthcare and commercial projects across London and the South East. Due to continued growth and a strong forward workload, they are looking to appoint an experienced Building Services Manager / Technical Services Manager to join their delivery team.

This is a delivery-led position with genuine design involvement, ideal for someone who enjoys owning MEP packages from design development through to site delivery and handover.

The Role

Take full responsibility for the MEP delivery of healthcare and commercial schemes
Manage building services from design stage through construction and commissioning
Act as the key link between design consultants, subcontractors and site teams
Review and manage technical design information for buildability and compliance
Drive coordination, quality, programme and cost across MEP packages
Support procurement and early engagement with the supply chain
Work closely with operational and commercial teams to ensure smooth project delivery

About You

Proven experience in a Building Services Manager or Technical Services Manager role
Strong background delivering healthcare and/or commercial projects
Comfortable working in a delivery-focused environment with design responsibility
Solid understanding of MEP systems, design coordination and site execution
Experience working for a main contractor or major M&E contractor
Confident managing consultants, subcontractors and multiple stakeholders
