The Role
As Technical Services Manager, you will take ownership of all mechanical and electrical (M&E) aspects across a portfolio of projects in West London, ensuring technical coordination, compliance, and delivery to the highest standards. You’ll act as the key link between design, construction, and client teams — maintaining the company’s reputation for first-class project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee M&E design, coordination, and installation on multiple sites
- Liaise with design consultants, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure seamless technical delivery
- Review technical submissions and drawings for compliance with project specifications
- Lead technical meetings, providing expertise on buildability, sequencing, and integration
