Data Management: Accurately record structural, cosmetic, and compliance asset data on a handheld tablet device/housing asset management software on-site. Sector Experience: Proven track record as a Stock Condition Surveyor, Asset Appraisal Surveyor, or Property Inspector within social housing, housing associations, or local authority frameworks. Mobility: Must hold a full UK Driving Licence and have access to your own vehicle to independently manage properties spread across the Wiltshire and Hampshire regions.
