The predicted salary is between 31500 - 38500 Β£ per year.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, we are looking for a skilled and reliable Plumber to join the team on a long-term contract basis. The initial role will be based within a secured environment, working as part of a day-to-day reactive maintenance team. You must therefore be comfortable working in a secure environment and able to successfully complete the required security vetting.

The Role

  • Reactive plumbing maintenance and repairs
  • Fault finding and diagnostics
  • Repairing and replacing taps, valves, toilets and other plumbing fixtures
  • Carrying out general plumbing repairs and remedial works
  • Basic water system maintenance
  • Identifying leaks and carrying out repairs
  • Using power tools safely and effectively

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a Plumber
  • CSCS card
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent plumbing qualification
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Own transport and tools
  • Ability to operate power tools
  • Fluent English communication skills
