- Managing Schedule of Rates (SOR) valuations, identifying margin improvement opportunities and reducing commercial risk across multiple projects.
- Reviewing and approving subcontractor applications, cost reporting and financial controls to ensure accurate commercial performance.
- Supporting senior operational and commercial teams with forecasting, budgeting and strategic contract performance reviews.
