Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of Stock Condition Surveyors to successfully deliver the annual stock condition survey programme.
- Validate and quality-assure surveys completed by internal and external resources to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide technical advice and conduct site surveys where required to support property management activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues, contractors, and partners to manage and maintain high-quality data sets.
- Ensure compliance with H&S, fire safety, Decent Homes, Energy Efficiency, and HHSRS requirements.
