The Role
As Senior Site Manager, you will take day-to-day control of site operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and delivery across all phases of the build. You will work closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team, leading subcontractors and driving programme performance on a landmark scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily site operations and manage subcontractor performance
- Maintain strict H&S compliance and site audits
- Coordinate logistics in a tight, urban environment
- Drive programme delivery, sequencing and short-term planning
- Ensure quality control and client-focused delivery
- Interface with design, structural engineers, and commercial teams

About You
- Proven experience delivering major refurb, structural cut-and-carve, or complex commercial projects (£20m+)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct busy multi-trade teams
- Excellent knowledge of temporary works, sequencing, and structural alterations
- Comfortable working within challenging central London constraints
- SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS (black/gold preferred)
