I’m working with a well-established M&E contractor with a strong pipeline of Central London work, looking to appoint a Mechanical Project Manager to deliver a mix of decarbonisation and high-spec CAT A & CAT B fit out projects. This is a client-facing role managing projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, working across technically challenging commercial environments.

The Role

  • Manage mechanical packages across multiple Central London projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and site teams
  • Drive programme, procurement and technical delivery
  • Lead client meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Oversee commissioning, quality assurance and handover
  • Deliver decarbonisation, refurbishment and CAT A/CAT B fit out projects

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within building services or M&E
  • Strong mechanical building services knowledge including HVAC systems
  • Experience delivering commercial fit out or refurbishment projects
  • Confident client-facing individual with strong communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple packages within fast-paced project environments
