With ambitious growth plans in place, they are looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager who can play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the business.

The Role
Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and securing new projects across the Education, Commercial and Healthcare sectors.
You'll have the autonomy to develop your own approach to business development, with the support and backing of an experienced delivery team capable of converting opportunities into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across the Education, Commercial and Healthcare sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, developers and key industry stakeholders.
- Generate and convert new leads into profitable projects.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to support company growth.
- Attend networking events, industry exhibitions and client meetings to raise the company's profile.
- Work collaboratively with Pre-Construction, Estimating and Operational teams to develop winning proposals.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and provide regular reporting on activity and forecasts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and upcoming project opportunities.
- Represent the business professionally and act as a brand ambassador at all times.
