- Managing the design, delivery, and commissioning of comprehensive building services packages within a busy construction environment across the London Region.
- Vetting subcontractors’ tender returns and working closely with preconstruction teams to ensure all client MEP requirements are met.
- Integrating building services fully into the main delivery programme, supporting site management and H&S teams with safe systems of work.
- Chairing regular progress meetings with principal sub-contractors and conducting thorough quality control inspections using BIM 360.
- Overseeing the complete commissioning process as the lead M&E Project Manager, ensuring all systems operate as designed and manuals are completed.
Skills / Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience managing mechanical and electrical packages within a similar construction-focused MEP Project Manager role.
- Technically qualified in a relevant engineering or building services discipline to effectively oversee complex London-based projects.
- Excellent IT proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Office and BIM 360, to manage design drawings, approvals, and quality systems.
- Dynamic and ambitious, capable of planning your own work and using your initiative with a strong can-do attitude.
