I am currently recruiting on behalf of an industry-leading, multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy. They are looking for an Associate to lead the infrastructure and highways team. You will essentially be the number 2 to the office lead and help them with the growth and management of the team. My client is a forward-thinking, dynamic firm who will give you the best opportunity possible to develop your skill-set and career.
You will be managing a team of 2 and will help the Civils lead with developing new business.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design aspects of civil engineering projects with confidence and precision.
- Development and implementation of solutions; tailored to the bespoke requirements of the client / project.
- Assist in the Business Development and Work Winning for multi-disciplined projects.
