The position:
This role is working within a brand new state of the art luxury commercial office building for a major blue chip FM provider located in a greatly developing area of London. The contract is currently a single man site which will increase once more tenants move into the premises. There is an excess of overtime available for Supervisors looking to greatly boost their yearly take home and great opportunity for career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as primary site contact and coordinate building operations
- Perform and oversee PPM and reactive maintenance
- Operate BMS, HVAC, and electrical systems
- Ensure health & safety compliance and maintain statutory records
- Manage contractors and monitor performance
- Support team development and conduct appraisals
About You:
- Strong technical background in building services (Electrical/Mechanical)
- Experience supervising teams and managing contractors
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Proficient with MS Office and building systems
Qualifications:
- Equivalent to Level 3 Electrical Qualification
- 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regs
- HV is desired (training provided to get ticket if not currently held)
- L8 Awareness
