Our client is a well-established Residential Development business delivering high-profile new build schemes across London and the Southeast. They have a number of remediation and fire safety projects across their new build portfolio. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint experienced Site Managers and Assistant Site Managers to support the delivery of major remedial schemes including:
- Fire stopping works
- Recladding works on buildings up to 25 storeys
- External wall remediation
- Façade and envelope upgrades
The successful candidates will play a key role in managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing subcontractors and site activities
- Managing health & safety compliance on site
- Coordinating remedial and cladding packages
- Ensuring works are completed to programme and specification
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and residents where required
- Supporting project reporting and progress updates
Requirements:
- Previous experience delivering remediation, fire stopping, or recladding projects
- Strong understanding of health & safety and site compliance
- SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work across multiple London-based sites
