The role: My client are an established Civil Engineering Contractor who specialise in enabling works and earthworks. They are looking for a Site Engineer to join them on a temporary basis who will be responsible for setting out reinforced concrete walls.
Duties:
- Site set up and setting out
- Quality Assurance
- Working alongside the project management team
- Ensuring health and safety compliance
- Ensuring works are being carried out in accordance to agreed methodology and method
- Ensuring the correct documentation is held on the site
- Ensuring works are completed on time and to specification
Requirements:
- Experience setting out for piling, foundations and steel frames
- Able to use a Total Station - Leica 06 / 07/ 16 or GPS
- AutoCad knowledge
- Ideally you’ll have experience from a main contractor completing works on a variety of projects
- Or you’ll have experience completing enabling and setting out works
- CSCS Card
