Associate Director (Structural Engineering) in Sevenoaks

Associate Director – Structural Engineering I’m currently working with one of the South East’s most established structural and civil engineering consultancies, who are looking to appoint an experienced Chartered Structural Engineer at Associate Director level. With a strong reputation across the region and established offices overseas, this is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious engineer to take on a senior leadership position within a well-established and growing practice. The role will involve managing the delivery of projects, providing technical leadership and contributing to the wider senior management of the business. You’ll need a strong working knowledge of the Eurocodes, with experience in the design, detailing and specification of a range of structural materials, as well as the ability to check and review designs and drawings produced by colleagues. Experience undertaking structural inspections and preparing technical reports is also required, alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills. The practice works across a diverse range of sectors, including: Regeneration and redevelopment DfE and private schools Commercial Sports facilities Residential Recladding Heritage Civil engineering structures This position would suit an experienced and commercially minded Chartered Engineer who is ready to take the next step in their career and play a genuine role in the continued growth and development of the business.
