This Senior Quantity Surveyor will take the lead on a wide range of construction project within this multi-disciplinary UK top 20 Tier 1 main contractor you will be working closely with the pre-construction, design, delivery and wider commercial teams. As an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor you will manage the commercial delivery of projects from tender through to final account, taking responsibility for commercial control, subcontract packages, risk, reporting and contractual matters.
