We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a £20 million Cat A commercial fit-out project in London.

This is a high-profile scheme requiring strong leadership, technical understanding, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders from pre-construction through to handover.

The Role

You will take full ownership of the project, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the full project lifecycle from design coordination to practical completion
  • Leading consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
  • Controlling programme, budget, and risk
  • Managing procurement and contract administration
  • Chairing client and site meetings, producing clear reporting
  • Ensuring health & safety, quality, and compliance across the project
  • Acting as the main point of contact for the client and key stakeholders

About You

  • Proven experience delivering Cat A fit-out projects, ideally £5m–£15m in value
  • Strong background in commercial construction / office fit outs
  • Excellent understanding of construction processes, design coordination, and contracts
  • Confident managing multiple stakeholders and driving decisions
  • Highly organised, proactive, and commercially aware
