Senior Maintenance Planner role for a local housing association in Hammersmith, \\n\\nMUST HAVE EXPERIENCE\\n\\nWorking for a reputable housing association with many contracts in and around London, my client is affiliated with many local councils and main contractors working alongside them helping to build a better community. \\n\\nSenior Maintenance Planner/Scheduler Role\\n\\t\\nup to £33k per annum \\n\\t\\n8-5, Mon – Fri\\n\\nYour day to day would look like as a Senior Maintenance Planner:\\n\\nHandling incoming repair requests through various communication channels (phone, email, online portals).\\n\\t\\nLogging repair requests accurately into the system and prioritizing based on urgency and severity.\\n\\t\\nCoordinating repair schedules with tenants and external contractors.\\n\\t\\nCommunicating effectively with tenants regarding repair updates, appointment scheduling, and access arrangements.\\n\\t\\nMonitoring the progress of repairs and ensuring timely completion within agreed service levels.\\n\\t\\nManaging administrative tasks related to repairs, including filing paperwork, maintaining records, and processing invoices.\\n\\t\\nConducting follow-up communication to ensure tenant satisfaction and address any outstanding issues.\\n\\nRequirements for the Senior Maintenance Planner role:\\n\\nPrevious experience in a similar Senior Planner or Team Lead role, ideally within the social housing sector.\\n\\t\\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.\\n\\t\\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, contractors, and colleagues.\\n\\t\\nProficiency in using computer software and databases for data entry, record-keeping, and communication purposes.\\n\\t\\nA proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving, with a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.\\n\\t\\nKnowledge of health and safety regulations related to property maintenance and repairs is desirable but not essential.\\n\\nIf you would like to be considered for the above role, please apply with an up-to-date CV
