Senior Estimator in Milton Keynes is a pivotal pre-construction role within a Tier 2 main contractor. You will take ownership of tenders from enquiry through to submission, collaborating with pre-construction and delivery teams to develop accurate, competitive bids.
You will price projects across commercial, education, industrial and retail sectors, produce detailed cost plans and bills of quantities, assess risks, obtain subcontractor quotes, and support tender handover.
