Job Summary:
S killed careers are looking for a creative and highly skilled Design Manager to lead and oversee the design process on a GBP500m project in Coventry. The ideal candidate will combine a strong design background with leadership and project management skills to guide a team of designers, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and on-brand designs that align with the company s objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with an eye for detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment.
- Oversee the design process from concept to final execution, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines, project requirements, and deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and other departments to understand project goals, gather requirements, and ensure design solutions meet business needs.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
