We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead the delivery of a high-quality commercial fit-out project in London valuing upto 20 million. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for site management, programme delivery, health & safety, and coordination of subcontractors to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day site operations for a commercial fit-out project
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
  • Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, drawings, and specifications
  • Maintain high standards of health, safety, and welfare on site
  • Liaise with the client, design team, and project managers
  • Monitor quality control and manage snagging through to handover
  • Report progress, risks, and issues to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with UK construction regulations and company procedures

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Construction Manager on commercial fit-out projects
  • experiance on both Cat A & Cat B projects with cut and carve elements
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and finishes
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certifications
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight programmes
  • Strong understanding of health & safety legislation
